Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or just beginning to dream of running your own program, our mentorship gives you the foundation to thrive.

Minimum Requirements to Apply
• Valid Site Supervisor Permit (or be eligible to apply)
• Minimum 18 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent experience
• Commitment to completing our mentorship and training process
• Passion for child development and a desire to lead your own program
